62 10ks in 62 Days
New for 2021 – The Vac & Dash 62 10K’s for 62 Days Challenge. This challenge is all about time on your feet and moving forward in the heat of the summer…
The goal is simple – run, walk or run/walk at least a 10K a day each and every day in July and August.
You can split the miles up. Ex. – You can go for a 4-mile run in the morning, a 1-mile walk during lunch, and hop on the treadmill in the evening for a 1.2-mile run-walk to get your 10K in.
The Vac & Dash 62 10K’s in 62 Days is a great challenge to prepare you for the fall marathon season!
Note that you do not have to do all the miles at once. You can run a mile in the morning and walk 2.1-miles in the evening.
Every week you will make that you had 7-days of 10K’s. You can also log your weekly miles at that time.
The $35.00 entry fee includes your choice of a cool max shirt or tank top. ($40.00 July 1 & 2)
